Family-run hotel with a super friendly boss who is always available. Flexible check-in, arrived early and could go for a jog before room was ready. The location of this hotel was spot on, with everything just below the castle and right in the city center. We loved having the option to walk to restaurants or bars, and even check out the Messner museum on a rainy day. Our room was comfortable with tasteful decor and a clean, renovated bathroom.
The sound-proofing in the rooms could be better, as we could hear the slamming of doors from other guests - although a warning from the hotel or some soundproofing could fix this issue.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a beautiful town. the location was perfect - right below the castle and within walking distance of everything. Whether you wanted to explore the local restaurants, bars, or even visit the Messner museum, everything was conveniently close by. Secondly, the rooms were lovely, with modern bathrooms and the option of a balcony for a beautiful view. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory items to choose from.
The hotel provided all the basic amenities and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to all amenities. The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of dishes and local specialties. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the cozy atmosphere of the small family hotel.
The lack of parking near the hotel, but the receptionist was helpful in explaining where to park. , the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in our room, but it worked fine downstairs in the common area.

I had an excellent stay at a family-run hotel in a perfect location. The newly renovated rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was satisfactory, and I especially enjoyed the excellent coffee available. The staff were helpful and friendly, fulfilling all of our needs during our 8-night stay. The hotel is well located, making it convenient for evening visits to restaurants, bars, and other activities in the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
While the renovated rooms were nice and comfortable, the door mechanism was too strong, causing loud banging sounds when guests let the doors shut. This could be annoying, especially for light sleepers.
